The Great Water Joke - First Edition 1899 By J.F. Sullivan

A satirical comedy magazine style on the great water debate in London in the late 1800's. A FIRST EDITION Published by DOWNEY & Co of London in 1899 the book is 10 1/2" x 7 1/4" in size of 32 pages....condition for age as can be seen is very good indeed. J.F. SULLIVAN was in the habit of going by the name of JASSEF SULLIVAN....I have found various entries about him and his writings but cannot find one entry at all for this book so can but assume it is very rare indeed.
