WW11 Australian Japanese Pass

I really don't know to much about this as can't read Japanese. Not sure whether it's an Australian Pass with Japanese, or a Japanese Pass...you be the judge ! Actually it does have the Australian Coat of Arms on reverse so must be an Ausrtralian Government issued item. Old and a bit tattered but a great piece of wartime memorabilia. Measures 8" x 7"
