Rare Art Deco DODO Bird Ashtray Circa 1930's

This is one of several of these amazing Art Deco Dodo Bird pieces we are listing at present.The birds body is made, I think, from coconut shell wood with the beak and feet being Bakelite. This ashtray comes with a coconut wood cigarette stubber on the side as well. The ashtray is 6 3/4" in length and the dodo birds height is 5 1/2".
