A classic old advertising Paper Weight for VICTORY PRESS. I would say definitely Victorian to early 1900's. Measures 4 1/4" x 2 7/8". Victory - Kidder were making printing machinery back in the mid -late 1800's and I believe are still doing so today. No chips or cracks. A great collectible for those interested in PRINTING or just collecting Paper Weights.
