Antique Oil Painted Engraving of Napoleon Circa Early 1800's

Framed this piece is 9 5/8" x 7 5/8" whilst the small engraving measures 5 1/2" x 3 3/4". The engraving has been re-matted and re-framed at some stage I'd say but probably at least 50 years ago looking at the current frame. The name of both the Drawer and Engraver appear at the base of the engraving but because the mat is patterned with holes the names are hard to decipher...possibly Hartnet and Brown. Great old Engraving for collectors of Napoleonic era items.
